Tower House Dolls
I have been making miniature dolls for
over 15 years. All my dolls are hand-crafted in bisque porcelain.

The photographs can only partially show the intricate detail and
craftsmanship that goes into making the dolls. I am always happy to discuss your requirements with you and give you as
much information as you need.

If your order value is over £100 then please contact
me first so that I can confirm the cost.
UK mainland orders are dispatched by First Class post.
Orders from outside the UK are sent by airmail
(registered where possible). Please let us know if you would like your parcel insured.
Delivery
times
Items in stock at the time of ordering will be
dispatched within 3 working days wherever possible. If the item you require is out of stock then I will contact
you to let you know. You then have
three options.

I can make the doll especially for you.
Made-to-order dolls take between 4-6 weeks but I will keep you
informed of the progress of your order.

You can choose an alternative selection.

You can amend or cancel your order if you prefer not to
wait.
If time is an issue or if you particularly want a
specific doll then I suggest that you contact me first to check on availability
before you order.
Guarantee
I want you to be completely satisfied with your doll.
If you are not satisfied with anything from Tower House Dolls you may
return it within 14 days of receipt. You
will be given a full refund excluding the outward postage charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
