Head-torso Doll Kits
These kits are character dolls. The head and body are moulded together in one piece. Head-torso kits take around 15 minutes to assemble but require no sewing. Full instructions are included, along with appropriate limbs for the age of the doll. Ease and speed of assembly make these dolls especially suitable for everyone including beginners, with the added advantage that body features such as slim waists, pneumatic bosoms, middle-aged spread etc are 'built
in' making them easier to dress. To assemble these dolls you will need 3 to 5 pipe-cleaners and a piece of wadding approx 6" X 3" plus glue. We use a hot glue gun but any strong glue will do. When the dolls are assembled they can be posed as the arms and legs will bend. The height of the doll can also be decided while assembling the doll which makes these dolls very versatile.

The doll on the right is from the Special Lady range and comes with gold jewellery, very finely detailed delicate hands and lovely buttoned boots or evening shoes.
All Bisque Dolls
All bisque dolls are made completely in porcelain and supplied ready
strung. We make all of our babies, toddlers and some of the young children in this way. The advantage of these dolls is that the assembly is done for you - all you have to do is start dressing! Having all bisque legs and arms means that their limbs needn't be covered with clothes. Ideal if you are dong a beach or bathroom scene where their legs & arms may need to be shown.
